The decorative layer and the microcrystalline foam of the Sinest board are integrated sintering at high temperatures. The decorative layer is dense microcrystalline structure, and has the properties of microcrystalline stone. The microcrystalline foam is microcrystalline honeycomb structure, and has the excellent performance better than existing inorganic foam material. Performances of both materials complement each other and constitute the unique superior characteristics.

The performance of Sinest board is the material self-generated. It has different performance index depending on its different crystal structure and density.

Lightweight & High Strength

Due to light weight, it can float on the surface year-round. Relatively intensity is high. Its strength to weight ratio is 4 times of cement, 8 to 11 times of foam ceramic and foam cement.




Thermal Insulation, Soundproof

The lowest thermal conductivity is up to 0.057w/m.k. The material with 0.3g/cm3 proportion has more than 50 db sound insulation.

Fireproof And Combustion Hindrance

Fire rating is A1. Resistant ablation degree is more than 50 times the national standard. Refractory temperature is the highest in inorganic foam products, that about 1.5~2 times the foam ceramic and foam cement.

Hydrophobic, Corrosion-Resistant, Anti-Weathering

It belongs to the hydrophobic material at the molecular structure level. Closed porosity is up to 75% or more. Has anti-corrosion level as acid brick.


Decoration Integration, Health And Environmental Protection

Thanks to the unique decorative surface integrated sintering technology and the excellent functional gradient characteristics, Sinest board has the all the functions except for load of traditional wall. The product raw material itself is the existing environmental waste. It basically does not contain radioactive elements, after high temperature crystallization. Waste from production and application can be recycled.
