Sinest board integrated molding process

Through the special process of high temperature melting above 1000 °c, crystallization and foaming after screening, grinding, modulation of raw materials, silicon material forms silicon crystal structure foam. Due to the double effect of high strength adsorption performance and material viscosity of crystal structure, a stone surface layer integrated with the foam is formed during the firing process at the same time.
